WHO-HAEM5（第5版造血與淋巴組織腫瘤分類(lèi)）是2022年由世界衛(wèi)生組織（WHO）發(fā)布的分類(lèi)體系，旨在為全球血液系統(tǒng)腫瘤的診斷提供標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化框架?。此次版本命名保留傳統(tǒng)以維持臨床連續(xù)性，同時(shí)由血液病理學(xué)家、遺傳學(xué)家等MICM多學(xué)科共同參與制定，整合分子遺傳學(xué)進(jìn)展，確保分類(lèi)的臨床實(shí)用性?。
